 -Cancellation policy for RV site 

- $15 cancellation fee
-Any cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival will receive a full refund. Anything within 30 days will not be refunded. 
-Rates are subject to change without notice. 
-50% payment is due at time of booking for stays 15 days or longer
-Remainder balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
-100% payment is due if booking within 30 days and 14 days or less

-When booking 2 months or longer, 50% of the monthly rate will be due, remainder 50% of the first month will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made prior to 90 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
