-Cancellation policy
-For short term stays all cancellations 30 days prior to your arrival will receive a full refund. Anything within 30 days will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS
-For Long term stays (30 days or longer), cancellations must be made 60 days in advance for a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS
-Rates are subject to change without notice.
-50% payment is due at time of booking for stays 15 days or longer
-Remainder balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
-100% payment is due if booking within 30 days and 14 days or less
-When booking 2 months or longer, 50% of the monthly rate will be due at the time of booking, remainder 50% will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
